Dulce is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Health Informatics, where she analyses the health and health inequality impacts of Permitted Development housing. She completed her PhD in Health Services and Population Research at King's College London, examining the effects of inequality on the costs and service use in Type 2 Diabetes. Before this, she worked as a public health researcher in her home country, Peru, focusing on improving the health of high-altitude populations.
